dc.description	The qualification work investigates the organization of a specialized site for technical maintenance and repair of diesel engine fuel equipment in the conditions of LLC "Khlibodar" of Sumy region. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the need to increase the reliability, economy and environmental friendliness of the operation of agricultural machinery. The project contains an analysis of the production activities of the enterprise, the structure of technical support, as well as factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural machinery repair, and a project of additional equipment is also created to simplify repair processes and facilitate the work of employees. In the organizational and technological part, the feasibility of creating a site is substantiated, and the planning of work areas is provided. In the design section, equipment is developed for lifting the engine or other heavy units and helping to move this part. Special attention is paid to labor protection, the organization of ventilation, lighting, as well as measures to reduce occupational risks. In the feasibility study section, the effectiveness of the proposed solutions is proven, in particular, reducing costs for third-party repairs, reducing equipment downtime.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено організацію спеціалізованої дільниці для технічного обслуговування та ремонту паливної апаратури дизельних двигунів в умовах ТОВ «Хлібодар» Сумської області. Актуальність обраної теми визначається потребою в підвищенні надійності, економічності та екологічності експлуатації сільськогосподарської техніки. Проект містить аналіз виробничої діяльності підприємства, структури технічного забезпечення, а також чинників, що впливають на ефективність ремонту сільськогосподарської техніки, також створено проект додаткового обладнання для спрощення ремонтних процесів і полегшення роботи працівників. В організаційно-технологічній частині обґрунтовано доцільність створення дільниці, наведено планування робочих зон. У конструкторському розділі розроблено обладнання для підіймання двигуна або інших важких агрегатів і в допомагає пересувати дану деталь. Окрема увага приділяється охороні праці, організації вентиляції, освітлення, а також заходам із зниження професійних ризиків. У розділі техніко-економічного обґрунтування доведено ефективність запропонованих рішень, зокрема зменшення витрат на сторонній ремонт, зниження простоїв техніки.	uk_UA
