dc.description	Actuality of theme. In today’s context of increasing human impact and worsening environmental problems, the issue of environmental conservation has become particularty urgent. On of the key tools for protecting biological and landscape diversity is thr nature reserve system, which ensures the maintenance of ecological balance. In the context of decentralized governance, the role of local communities in environmental protection takes on special significance. It is at the local level that direct management of protected areas takes place, necessitating research into their condition and operational effectiveness. The Sumy Territorial Community is characterized by the presence of diverse natural complexes and objects of the nature reserve fund that perfom important ecological fuctions. At the same time, their functioning is complicated by a number of problems, including anthropogenic impact, insufficient protection, and an imbalance in the structure of the nature reserve fund. The purpose of the qualification work is to conduct a comprehensive study of the characteristics of the establishment and operarion of the territories and objects of the nature reserve fund of the Sumy Territorial Community, to assess theie current state, and to propose measures to improve the effectiveness of their conservation and use. In accordance with the aim, the following tasks were set: 1) to analyze the structure, composition, and categories of the community’s nature reserve fund objects; 2) to identify the main problems in the functioning of the nature reserve fund. The object of the study was the nature reserve fund of the Sume Territorial Community. The subject of the study is the characteristics of the formation, current state, problems, and prospects for the functioning of the territories and objects of the nature reserve fund of the Sumy Territorial Community. General characteristics of the work. The qualification work consist of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions and a list of references, which includes 46 literary sources. The main content of the work is set out on 44 pages and illustrated with 2 tables and 7 figures.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Актуальність теми. У сучасних умовах посилення антропогенного навантжаення та загострення еколоігчних проблем питання збереження природного середовища набуває особливої актуальності. Одним із ключових інструментів охорони біологінчого та ландшафтного різнмоаніття є природно-заповідний фонд, який забезпечує збереження цінних природних комплексів і підтримання екологічної рівноваги. В умовах децентралізації управління особливого значення набуває роль територіальних громад у сфері охорони довкілля. Саме на місцевому рівні здійснюється безпосереднє управління природоохоронними територіями, що зумовлює необхідність дослідження їхнього стану та ефективності функціонування. Сумська ОТГ характеризується наявністю різноманітних природних комплексів і об’єктів природно-заповідного фонду, які виконують важливі екологічні функції. Водночас їх функціонування ускладнюється низкою проблем, зокрема антрпогенним впливом, недостатнім рівнем охорони та дисбалансом у структурі ПЗФ. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є комплексне дослідженя особливостей створення та фунціонування територій і об’єктів природно-заповідного фонду Сумської ОТг, оцінка їх сучасного стану та обгрунтування напрямів підвищення ефективності їх охорони й використання. Відповідно до мети у роботі було поставлено наступні завдання: 1) проаналізувати структуру, склад і категорії об’єктів ПЗФ громади; 2) виявити основні проблеми функціонування природно-заповідного фонду. Об’єктом дослідження був природно-заповідний фонд Сумської ОТГ. Предмет дослідження – особливості формування, сучасний стан, проблеми та перспектвии функціонування територій і об’єктів природно-заповідного фонду Сумської ОТГ. Загальна характеристика роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, чотирьох розділів, висновків, а також списку використаної літератури, який включає 46 літературних джерел. Основний зміст роботи викладений на 44 сторінках і проілюстрований 2 таблицями та 7 рисунками.	uk_UA
