dc.description	The qualification work investigates the issues of improving the sowing performance of acorns, seedling survival and optimization of biometric parameters of annual common oak seedlings with an open root system. Experimental studies were conducted in 2025 on the basis of the forest nursery of the State Enterprise «Glukhov Agroleshoz». The object of the study was the process of growing planting material of common oak under a complex combination of presowing seed treatment with the growth stimulant «Megafol» and therapeutic and prophylactic spraying of crops with the systemic fungicide «Chorus». During the experiment, the isolated and joint effect of these drugs on soil germination, phytosanitary state of rows, linear growth in height, stem thickness, as well as on the architecture of mass distribution between aboveground and underground parts of plants was studied. It has been mathematically and silviculturally proven that the shared use of protective and stimulating agents allows to eliminate the physiological stress of seedlings and significantly increase the productivity of the nursery. Presowing soaking of acorns in a solution of «Megafol» provided maximum soil germination at the level of 84.6% (which is 7.4% higher than the control). The highest biometric indicators of annual planting material were obtained under the complex variant «Megafol + Chorus»: the average height of seedlings was 20.8 cm, and the root collar diameter reached 5.2 mm. This same scheme allowed to form the most harmonious ratio between the height and thickness of plants (index 4.0) and provided the maximum mass of the shoot relative to the root (0.96). The final yield of standard seedlings in the best combined variant reached a peak value of 96.6%, while in the areas of absolute control without treatments it was only 74.2%. For the intensification of common oak cultivation under the conditions of the Sumy region, it is recommended to implement presowing treatment of acorns with a solution of the growth regulator «Megafol» (3 ml/l for 18 hours) with mandatory subsequent spraying of vegetating seedlings with the fungicide «Chorus» (0.25 kg/ha) for reliable protection of leaves from fungal infections.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено питання підвищення посівних показників жолудів, збереженості та оптимізації біометричних параметрів однорічних сіянців дуба звичайного з відкритою кореневою системою. Експериментальні дослідження виконано у 2025 році на базі лісового розсадника ДП «Глухівський агролісгосп». Об’єктом дослідження виступав процес вирощування садивного матеріалу дуба звичайного за комплексного поєднання передпосівної обробки насіння регулятором росту «Мегафол» та обприскування посівів системним фунгіцидом «Хорус». Під час експерименту вивчено вплив зазначених препаратів на ґрунтову схожість, лінійний ріст у висоту, діаметр кореневої шийки, а також на розподілу маси між надземною та підземною частинами рослин. Доведено, що спільне використання фунгіциду та регулятору росту дозволяє нівелювати фізіологічний стрес сіянців і суттєво підняти продуктивність розсадника. Передпосівне замочування жолудів у розчині препарату «Мегафол» забезпечило максимальну ґрунтову схожість на рівні 84,6 % (що на 7,4 % вище за контроль). Найвищі біометричні показники однорічного садивного матеріалу отримано за комплексного варіанта «Мегафол + Хорус»: середня висота сіянців становила 20,8 см, а діаметр кореневої шийки досяг 5,2 мм. Ця ж схема дозволила сформувати найбільш гармонійне співвідношення між висотою та товщиною рослин (індекс 4,0) і забезпечила максимальну масу надземної частини відносно кореня (0,96). Вихід стандартних сіянців у комбінованому варіанті застосування препаратів досяг значення – 96,6 %, тоді як на ділянках абсолютного контролю без обробок він становив лише 74,2 %. Для інтенсифікації вирощування дуба звичайного в умовах Сумської області рекомендовано впроваджувати передпосівне оброблення жолудів розчином регулятора росту «Мегафол» (3 мл/л на 18 годин) з обов'язковим наступним обприскуванням вегетуючих сіянців фунгіцидом «Хорус» (0,25 кг/га) для надійного захисту листя від грибкових інфекцій.	uk_UA
