dc.description	The article discusses the problems of social and environmental development in the meat and dairy cattle industry, which affects not only the activities of agricultural enterprises, but also ensures the stability of the rural areas in which they are placed. As a result, today, to rural areas faced a number of challenges due to the destruction of social infrastructure, deterioration of human capital, increasing socio-demographic disparities, insufficient effective use of available natural resources, deteriorating environmental conditions. Instead, effective reform and ensuring rural development is an important reserve equalization of space-structural and socio-economic deformations, space for sectors of the real economy, stimulating business activity, improving the infrastructure and quality of life for many individuals. The conducted classification of the major social and environmental problems, identified factor for achieving social and environmental sustainability and the proposed scheme should be the impetus for an adequate organization of economic development programs. Has been highlighted two areas for implementation of the environmental component in the development of cattle breeding for meat and dairy types of specialization: production of ecologically pure beef is advisable to do on household and small farms; production of ecologically pure cow's milk is economically advantageous to carry out in specialized farms.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуті питання соціально-екологічного розвитку галузі м’ясо-молочного скотарства, що впливає не лише на діяльність сільськогосподарських підприємств, але й забезпечує ефективність розвитку сільської території, на яких вони розміщені. Проведена класифікація основних соціально-екологічних проблем, виявлені фактори досягнення соціально-екологічної стабільності та запропонована схема розвитку, мають стати поштовхом для адекватної організації економічного розвитку підприємств. В статье рассмотрены вопросы социально-экологического развития отрасли мясо-молочного скотоводства, что влияет не только на деятельность сельскохозяйственных предприятий, но и обеспечивает эффективность развития сельской территории, на которых они размещены. Проведенная классификация основных социально-экологических проблем, выявленные факторы достижения социально-экологической устойчивости и предложенная схема развития должны стать толчком для адекватной организации экономического развития предприятий.	uk_UK
