dc.description	Research of new, highly effective disinfectants, prevention and treatments currently particularly relevant for environmental background environmental changes. Creation of new means for disinfection livestock objects and transport for their transportation is the actual. In this regard the purpose of researches was to develop the new disinfectant and study its toxicity on the laboratory animals. Work was performed in the conditions of laboratory of "Veterinary pharmacy" at faculty of veterinary medicine, Sumy national agrarian university. It was developed recipe of "Bі-des" for disinfection, which has as active substance HGMH - hydrochloride and triamine, and excipients: cocamidopropyl betaine and glutamic acid, it is characterized in t the pharmaceutical combination provides cleaning effect and a wide range of universally bactericidal and sporicidal actions for most Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. Determination of toxicity of a preparation carried out on laboratory animals (mice, rats, rabbits and guinea pigs). It is proved that a preparation "Bi-des according to classification indicators of toxicity (GOST 12.1.007-76) belongs to the IV hazard class - few of dangerous compounds and can be used for vehicles disinfecting.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	У роботі наведені данні про розробку нового дезінфекційного засобу та визначення його токсичності на лабораторних тваринах (мишах, щурах, кролях та мурчаках). Доведено, що препарат «Бі-дез» згідно показників класифікації токсичності (ГОСТ 12.1.007-76) відноситься до IV класу небезпеки, тобто до мало небезпечних сполук, а по ДОСТ 12.1.07 – до ІІІ класу небезпечності речовин і може застосовуватися для дезінфекції транспортних засобів. В работе приведены данные о разработке нового дезинфицирующего средства и определения его токсичности на лабораторных животных (мышах, крысах, кроликах и морских свинках). Доказано, что препарат «Би-дез» согласно показателей классификации токсичности (ГОСТ 12.1.007-76) относится к IV классу опасности, то есть к малоопасным соединениям, а по ГОСТ 12.1.07 - к III классу опасности веществ и может применяться для дезинфекции транспортных средств.	uk_UK
