dc.description	The aim of the research is to describe the features of motivation of future agrarians’ educational and cognitive activity related to forming sociocultural competence in the process of humanitarian disciplines study which is highlighted in the article. The research material is motivation study of educational and cognitive activity. Motivation of educational and cognitive activity is defined as an important pedagogical condition for forming future agrarians’ sociocultural competence. As a research result it is underlined that motivation of educational activity is realized by application students’ internal reasons based on their professional interests and requirements in sociocultural information. Forming sociocultural competence is impossible without person’s needs, his/her internal reasons. The motives for sociocultural interaction occur when sociocultural knowledge is available. Sociocultural interaction is possible if there is the origin of motivation for the activity. The tasks that must be decided in the process of humanitarian disciplines study to achieve effective results for forming sociocultural competence are distinguished as well. The comparative study of foreign and native cultures is examined as a mechanism of activation person’s motivational sphere that is insufficient amount of sociocultural knowledge related to understanding the use of speech etiquette, codes of conduct in the situations of foreign communication actualizes students’ requirement in information about the features of foreign countries that can be a cognitive reason. The conclusion of the research shows that effective organization of educational process assists development future agrarians’ cognitive activity and personal interest for forming sociocultural competence. The subject to further scientific research will focus on the determination other pedagogical conditions for forming future agrarians’ sociocultural competence.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	У статті визначено особливості мотивації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності майбутніх аграріїв у процесі формування соціокультурної компетентності при вивченні гуманітарних дисциплін. Виокремлено шляхи і прийоми, які необхідно використовувати в процесі вивчення гуманітарних дисциплін, щоб досягти ефективних результатів у формуванні соціокультурної компетентності. Матеріалом дослідження стала мотивація навчальної діяльності, що здійснюється шляхом формування внутрішніх мотивів студентів, які ґрунтуються на професійних інтересах та потребах у соціокультурній інформації. В статье охарактеризованы особенности мотивации учебно-познавательной деятельности будущих аграриев в процессе формирования социокультурной компетентности при изучении гуманитарных дисциплин. Выделены способы и приемы, которые необходимо использовать в процессе изучения гуманитарных дисциплин, чтобы достичь эффективных результатов в формировании социокультурной компетентности. Материалом исследования стала мотивация учебной деятельности, которая обеспечивается путем формирования внутренних мотивов студентов, основывающихся на профессиональных интересах и потребностях в социокультурной информации.	uk_UK
