Innovative Trends in Modern Processing Cycles in the Agrarian Sector

Abstract

The conference abstracts deal with innovations as the main driver of productivity growth and quality of agricultural products in agriculture. The categories of innovation (such as selection and genetic; technical and technological and production; organizational, managerial and economic; social and ecological) introduced in Ukrainian agriculture and their features have been distinguished in the paper. The authors also focus on some negative aspects which go along with the introduction of innovations in the agrarian sector. Among them are: high risk of innovative processes in agriculture; departmental disunity and weakening of the scientific potential within the agricultural science; weakening of financial standing of organizations; disparity in prices for agricultural and industrial products; low salaries and wages in agriculture, lack of highly-qualified and skilled specialists and others. У тезах розкрито сутність та роль інновацій як основного фактору зростання продуктивності праці, підвищення продуктивності та якості продукції у сільському господарстві. Авторами виокремлено та схарактеризовано категорії інновацій та іх особливості в аграрному секторі. Висвітлено низку негативних аспектів, що супроводжують процес впровадження інновацій в аграрному секторі.
