dc.description	Alongside with numerous business entities in the sphere of agricultural production in Ukraine a special place is occupied by farms. This is one of the most promising for Ukraine organizational and legal forms of farming with the use of agricultural land. Farming promotes activity, initiative, and confidence in own strength, as well as generates awareness of the importance of independent decision-making. Providing state support of farming is a key focus of state policy in the field of agriculture. It is one of the key factors to ensure its competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets, as well as forming food security of the country as part of the economic and national security of Ukraine. Legislation in the sphere of organization, provision and implementation of the state support of farms needs to be improved, taking into account the peculiarities of their functioning in modern conditions. Thus, the content of the state support requires a separate analysis. We also need to analyze the problem of realization of the right to state support, directions, volume, and the procedure of its provision and appointment to the farms. Based on the abovementioned, the goal of the article is to study the government support of farms, to identify urgent problems and to ensure the implementation of government support of farms and ways of their solutions in modern conditions.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	В статті розглянуто проблемні питання щодо надання та використання державної підтримки фермерських господарств, зокрема сімейних фермерських господарств, проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід надання державної підтримки, виявлені негативні чинники, що впливають на обсяг державної підтримки, на створення та розвиток фермерських господарств. В статье рассмотрены проблемные вопросы предоставления и использования государственной поддержки фермерских хозяйств, в том числе семейных фермерских хозяйств, проанализирован зарубежный опыт предоставления государственной поддержки, выявлены негативные факторы, влияющие на объем государственной поддержки на создание и развитие фермерских хозяйств.	uk_UK
