Викладено підходи до моделювання процесу сушіння термолабільних матеріалів, в рамках якого процес сушіння розглядається як поєднаний процес термічного зневоднення і термічної деструкції на прикладі сушарок з псевдозрідженим шаром. Изложены подходы к моделированию процесса сушки термолабильных материалов, в рамках которого процесс сушки рассматривается как совмещённый процесс термического обезвоживания и термической деструкции на примере сушилок с псевдоожиженным слоем.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The approaches to the modeling of the drying process of thermolabile materials are outlined, within which the drying process is considered as a combined process of thermal dehydration and thermal destruction using the example of fluidized bed dryers. A mathematical model is presented that makes it possible to obtain data on the final moisture content of the material and the yield of the target substance based on the technological parameters of the process, the physicochemical properties of the substances and the initial parameters of the process.
