dc.description	The issues of land reform in Ukraine are investigated and the directions of state policy in the sphere of land relations regulation are considered. The main problems of land use in Ukraine and their impact on the socio-economic development of the state, including the course of the agrarian and land reforms, are considered. The reasons for the inefficient use of land resources are identified: the irrational system of state land management and the lack of an effective mechanism for assessing land use and monitoring compliance with land laws. It points to successful examples of the practice of agrarian reform in compliance with sustainable land use in foreign countries. The state of land relations, the main problems and obstacles to the introduction of new principles of interaction of participants in land relations are analyzed. Identified problems and prospects for the implementation of land reform in Ukraine. The need for an integrated approach, taking into account the aspirations of society and historical traditions for the successful implementation of land reform is noted. In modern conditions, the problem of streamlining land relations in Ukraine is extremely important, because the development of the agrarian sector of the economy depends on its solution. The fact that Ukraine is an agrarian country and has some of the best fertility land in the world, even more pressing issue is the creation of an effective mechanism of land relations that would stimulate the most efficient use and conservation of land. In fact, this is the main task of land reform in Ukraine. It is determined that the main task of land reform, the essence of which is to reform land relations based on the recognition of human rights and interests (denationalization of land) in the rational, highly efficient and environmentally friendly use of land resources. It deserves much more attention to the humanitarian aspect of the development of market land relations - the cessation of the extinction of Ukrainian villages, the degradation of the rural population, the guarantee of legal protection of the economic interests of peasants-landowners, the equalization of living conditions of rural and urban populations. It is proved that today Ukraine's land resources are gaining strategic importance not only for national interests but also for the world community to solve global food security problems.	uk_UK
dc.description.abstract	Досліджуються питання земельної реформи в Україні і розглядаються напрямки державної політики в сфері регулювання земельних відносин. Розглянуто основні проблеми землекористування в Україні та їх вплив на соціально-економічний розвиток держави, у т. ч. на хід аграрної та земельної реформ. Окреслено причини неефективного використання земельних ресурсів: нераціональна система державного управління земельними ресурсами та відсутність дієвого механізму оцінки землекористування і контролю за дотриманням норм земельного законодавства. Вказано на успішні приклади практики проведення аграрної реформи з додержанням раціонального землекористування в зарубіжних країнах. Проаналізовано стан земельних відносин, основні проблеми та перешкоди впровадженню нових принципів взаємодії учасників земельних відносин. Визначено проблеми та перспективи реалізації земельної реформи в Україні. Наголошено на необхідності комплексного підходу, врахування прагнень суспільства та історичних традицій для успішної реалізації земельної реформи. Исследуются вопросы земельной реформы в Украине и рассматриваются направления государственной политики в сфере регулирования земельных отношений. Рассмотрены основные проблемы землепользования в Украине и их влияние на социально-экономическое развитие государства, в т. ч. на ход аграрной и земельной реформ. Определены причины неэффективного использования земельных ресурсов: нерациональная система государственного управления земельными ресурсами и отсутствие действенного механизма оценки землепользования и контроля за соблюдением норм земельного законодательства. Указано на успешные примеры практики проведения аграрной реформы с соблюдением рационального землепользования в зарубежных странах. Проанализировано состояние земельных отношений, основные проблемы и препятствия внедрению новых принципов взаимодействия участников земельных отношений. Определены проблемы и перспективы реализации земельной реформы в Украине. Отмечена необходимость комплексного подхода, учета стремлений общества и исторических традиций для успешной реализации земельной реформы.	uk_UK
