dc.description	The article deals are developing theoretical and practical recommendations on the directions for the development of cooperation as a form of entrepreneurial activity. The study of theoretical and practical problems set the following objectives, namely, to explore the characteristic features of entrepreneurial activity in the agricultural sector, to conduct classification, to study the main aspects of the development of cooperation, the role of state support of agricultural cooperatives in the agricultural sector. A review of scientific opinions, statistic data and examples of the successful work of cooperatives allows us to conclude that the cooperative is a separate form of entrepreneurial activity, which is declared in regulatory documents. The research shows that as of January 1, 2018 there were 23,720 units in Ukraine, of which 18,654 units were servicing (78.6%), 2,248 units were production units (9.5%), 1073 units were agricultural servicing ones (4.5%), 996 units were agricultural production (4.2%) and 479 units were consumer cooperatives (3.2%). Compared to 2001, the number of agricultural servicing cooperatives increased by 46.2 percent, and agricultural production units increased by a factor of 2.2. When compared with 2014, the situation is somewhat worse. The analysis of statistical data and scientific literature showed that there are some problems in the development of cooperatives. To stimulate the creation of new farms and agricultural cooperatives, and to increase their competitiveness, the government envisaged 1 billion UAH under the new budget program "Financial support for the development of farms". As the main problems in the development of agricultural cooperation in Ukraine there can be identified the incomplete reorganization and restructuring of the agricultural sector, extremely weak material and technical base of cooperatives, especially in the asset-intensive areas of agricultural production, inaccessibility of loans and poor financial support for the development of agricultural cooperation by the state. The main obstacles to the development of entrepreneurship include the imperfection of the current legislation and its inconsistency with the modern challenges, the development of the Ukrainian economy and globalization.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуто теоретичні та практичні рекомендації щодо напрямів розвитку кооперації як форми підприємницької діяльності. Вивчення теоретичних і практичних проблем поставило такі завдання: дослідити особливості підприємницької діяльності в аграрній сфері; провести їх класифікацію; дослідити основні аспекти розвитку кооперації, роль державної підтримки сільськогосподарських кооперативів в аграрній сфері. Огляд наукових думок, статистичних даних та прикладів успішної роботи кооперативів дає змогу зробити висновок, що кооператив – окрема форма підприємницької діяльності, яка задекларована в нормативних документах. До основних перешкод розвитку підприємництва можна віднести недосконалість чинного законодавства та його неузгодженість із сучасними викликами, розвитком економіки України і глобалізаційними процесами. В статье рассмотрена кооперация как форма предпринимательской деятельности. Изучение теоретических и практических проблем поставило следующие задания: исследовать особенности предпринимательской деятельности в аграрной сфере; провести их классификацию; исследовать основные аспекты развития кооперации, роль государственной поддержки сельскохозяйственных кооперативов в аграрной сфере. Обзор научных трудов, статистических данных и примеров успешной работы кооперативов позволяет сделать вывод о том, что кооператив – отдельная форма предпринимательской деятельности. К основным препятствиям развития кооперативов можно отнести несовершенство действующего законодательства и его несогласованность с современным развитием экономики Украины в условиях глобализации.
