dc.description	The article describes theoretical and methodological aspects of the phenomenon of social leave and provides tracing of its evolution in the 21st century. Much attention is paid to the childcare leave in different countries/regions, and also innovative form of social leave is presented – creative leaves or sabbatical. Sabbaticals are considered in plane of their effects both on the employee and the company. The conclusion is made about paradigm shift in postindustrial understanding of social leaves comparing to industrial era.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті висвітлено теоретико-методологічні аспекти явища соціальної відпустки та простежено його еволюцію у ХХІ столітті. Велика увага приділяється відпусткам по догляду за дитиною в різних країнах/регіонах, а також представлена інноваційна форма соціальної відпустки – творчі відпустки. Відпустки розглядаються в площині їх впливу як на працівника, так і на компанію. Зроблено висновок про зміну парадигми в постіндустріальному розумінні соціальних листків порівняно з індустріальною епохою.	uk_UA
