| Abstract: | В даній статті автором розглядається питання дуальної освіти, яка застосовується саме щоб відмінити проходження стажувань для «галочки» та подолати прірву між теорією на лекціях та реаліями професій. Від такої форми навчання «плюси» отримують як студенти, так і роботодавці. Завдяки дуальній освіті прискорюється процес адаптації теоретичних знань, які вкрай потрібні молодій людині. Він звикає до роботи у колективі, до робочого місця загалом. |
| Description: | In this article, the author examines the issue of dual education, which is used precisely to cancel internships for the "tick" and to bridge the gap between theory in lectures and the realities of professions. Thanks to dual education, the process of adapting theoretical knowledge, which is extremely necessary for a young person, is accelerated.
