| Abstract: | На основі досліджень авторів викладені теоретико-методологічні та методичні основи стандартизація і нормування у землеустрої, організація робіт із стандартизації та нормування і вимоги до змісту нормативних документів. Викладено наукові основи системи екологічного нормування режиму землекористування як основи для стандартизації. Розкривається зміст і методика розробки концепцій і галузевих програм створення єдиної системи нормативноправових актів у сфері землеустрої як організаційно-правової бази екологізації землекористування, системи стандартизації та нормування у сфері охорони земель. Розглянуто міжнародні, європейські та міждержавні стандарти, національні та галузеві системи стандартів, система стандартів із захисту довкілля, система стандартів та нормативів у землеустрої, сфері охорони земель та екології землекористування, державного земельного кадастру. |
| Description: | On the basis of the authors' research, the theoretical, methodological and methodical foundations of standardization and standardization in land management, the organization of work on standardization and standardization, and requirements for the content of regulatory documents are laid out. The scientific basis of the system of ecological regulation of the land use regime as a basis for standardization is outlined. The content and methodology of developing concepts and industry programs for the creation of a unified system of normative legal acts in the field of land management as an organizational and legal basis for the greening of land use, a system of standardization and regulation in the field of land protection are revealed. International, European and interstate standards, national and sectoral systems of standards, system of standards for environmental protection, system of standards and regulations in land management, land protection and land use ecology, state land cadastre are considered. |
