| Abstract: | The article analyses contemporary methods of assessing material losses and their legal justification. Special attention is given to the development of a comprehensive approach that includes legal norms and financial instruments for the evaluation and compensation of losses to farmers. The research highlights the specifics of the legal frameworks and mechanisms regulating compensation issues at the international level. The results aim to improve the methodology for loss assessment, particularly through the lens of legal claims and financial calculations. |
| Description: | У статті проведений аналіз сучасних методів оцінки матеріальних втрат та їх правового обґрунтування. Особлива увага приділяється розробці комплексного підходу, що включає юридичні норми та фінансові інструменти для оцінки та компенсації збитків аграріям. Дослідження висвітлює специфіку правових рамок та механізмів, що регулюють питання компенсації на міжнародному рівні. Результати роботи спрямовані на вдосконалення методології оцінки збитків, зокрема через призму юридичних претензій та фінансових розрахунків. |
