| Description: | The qualification work investigates the features of the slaughter technology of turkeys grown in poultry farm conditions and the study of meat and slaughter qualities. During the writing of the thesis, the technological, zootechnical and economic aspects of growing turkeys for meat production were comprehensively investigated. |
