| Abstract: | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення технології виробництва консервної продукції на основі м‘яса птиці. В роботі детально розглянуті технологічні схеми виробництва виробів та зроблений розрахунок сировини, допоміжних матеріалів та готової продукції, також підібрано обладнання для ефективної роботи цеху, визначені виробничі площі та проведений розрахунок робітників, проаналізовано енерговитрати та схеми контролю за технологічним процесом. |
| Description: | The purpose of the qualification work is to study the technology of production of canned products based on poultry meat. The work examines in detail the technological schemes for the production of products and calculates raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products, also selects equipment for the effective operation of the workshop, determines production areas and calculates the number of workers, analyzes energy consumption and control schemes for the technological process. |
