| Abstract: | У публікації висвітлено сутність інноваційних підходів до організації професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки майбутніх фахівців аграрної сфери в сучасних умовах розвитку освіти й виробництва. Обґрунтовано значення закладів вищої освіти як ключових центрів реалізації інноваційних педагогічних, організаційних і цифрових рішень у системі професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки. Визначено провідні напрями професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки спеціалістів аграрного профілю з урахуванням характеру професійних навантажень, специфіки виробничого середовища та вимог до рівня працездатності. Окремий акцент зроблено на впровадженні сучасних технологій, як одного з визначальних напрямів оновлення освітнього процесу в закладах вищої освіти. |
| Description: | The publication highlights the essence of innovative approaches to the organization of professionally applied physical training of future specialists in the agricultural sector under current conditions of educational and industrial development. The significance of higher education institutions is substantiated as key centers for implementing innovative pedagogical, organizational, and digital solutions within the system of professionally applied physical training. The main directions of professionally applied physical training for agricultural specialists are identified, taking into account the nature of occupational workloads, the specifics of the production environment, and the requirements for work capacity. Particular emphasis is placed on the implementation of modern technologies as one of the defining directions for modernizing the educational process in higher education institutions. |
