Abstract:
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей застосування міжпорідного схрещування в стаді чорно-рябої молочної худоби. Дослідження проведені в умовах племінного заводу Державного підприємства «Дослідне господарство Інституту сільського господарства Північного Сходу НААН».
За результатами проведених досліджень встановлено, що стадо чорно-рябої худоби представлене високопродуктивними тваринами. Рівень середніх надоїв перевищує 6,0 тис. кг, з вмістом жиру 4,12 %, білка 3,12%. Генеалогічна структура маточного поголів’я стада не досить розгалужена та представлена чотирма генеалогічними лініями голштинської породи.

The qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the use of interbreeding in a herd of black and spotted dairy cattle. The research was conducted in the conditions of the breeding plant of the State Enterprise "Experimental Farm of the Institute of Agriculture of the North East of the National Academy of Sciences".
According to the results of the conducted research, it was established that the herd of black and spotted cattle is represented by highly productive animals. The level of average milk yield exceeds 6.0 thousand kg, with a fat content of 4.12%, protein content of 3.12%. The genealogical structure of the breeding stock of the herd is not sufficiently branched and is represented by four genealogical lines of the Holstein breed.
