Method of producing bread from wheat flour with quinoa flour includes preparation of ingredients, preparation of sponge and kneading of dough from recipe components, fermentation of dough, processing, proofing and baking, and cooling of bread. At the stage of preparing the ingredients, quinoa flour is sieved on sieves with a mesh diameter of 1-1.5 mm and 10% of the total wheat flour weight is added to the dough.
