Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу та чотирьох розділів: архітектурно-конструктивного, розрахунково-конструктивного, технології та організації виробництва, економічного.
Архітектурно-конструктивний розділ: розроблені архітектурне, об’ємно-планувальне і конструктивне рішення будівлі.
Розрахунково-конструктивний розділ: досліджено геологічні умови ділянки будівництва, визначено конструкцію фундаменту, проведено розрахунок та перевірку цих конструкцій.
Розділ технології та організації будівництва: технологічна карта розроблена на кладку цегляної стіни, розроблено будівельний генеральний план.
Економічний розділ: визначення вартості будівництва та складання кошторисної документації.
