Abstract:

У статті проводиться аналіз перспектив використання новітніх технологій для включення української юридичної освіти у правове поле наднаціональних відносин. Сучасний правник має відповідати вимогам часу: мати знання, володіти прийомами та правовими техніками, добросовісно служити національним і корпоративним інтересам. Правнича професійна діяльність потребує опанування навичками надання послуг із використанням високотехнологічних засобів: електронний підпис, електронний документообіг, криптоканали для обміну інформацією, жетони й електронні валюти, розумні контракти. Фахівець має орієнтуватися в новітньому цифровому середовищі, використовувати програмне забезпечення, аналітичні технології та платформи звітності. Юридична освіта потребує детального вивчення міжнародного приватного та публічного права, міжнародного арбітражу, «lex mercatoria». Розвиток інформаційних технологій актуалізують питання зростаючого впливу інформаційних технологій на юриспруденцію. Ефективність використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у юридичній освіті безпосередньо залежить від держави, потребує законодавчого врегулювання, розроблення єдиних вимог і впровадження стандартів для цифрової освіти. Перед Україною постають завдання щодо забезпечення якості цифрового навчання, електронних освітніх ресурсів, ефективності підготовки та перепідготовки фахівців у зазначеній сфері. Розвиток і вдосконалення національної моделі юридичної освіти має здійснюватися з урахуванням процесів інформатизації. Підготовка висококваліфікованих і конкурентноспроможних фахівців на сучасному ринку праці, визначається тенденцією інвестування правничими школами в технологічні рішення Впровадженні технології Blockchain в юридичній освіті дозволить правничим школам стати провідними в підготовці правників. The article analyzes the prospects of using the latest technologies to include Ukrainian legal education in the legal field of supranational relations. A modern lawyer must meet the requirements of the time: have knowledge, possess techniques and legal techniques, serve national and corporate interests in good faith. Legal professional activity requires mastering the skills of providing services using high-tech means: electronic signature, electronic document flow, crypto channels for information exchange, tokens and electronic currencies, smart contracts. The specialist must navigate the latest digital environment, use software, analytical technologies and reporting platforms. Legal education requires a detailed study of international private and public law, international arbitration, «lex mercatoria». The development of information technologies actualizes the issue of the growing influence of information technologies on jurisprudence. The effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in legal education directly depends on the state, requires legislative regulation, the development of uniform requirements and the implementation of standards for digital education. Ukraine is faced with the task of ensuring the quality of digital education, electronic educational resources, the effectiveness of training and retraining of specialists in the specified field. The development and improvement of the national model of legal education should be carried out taking into account the processes of informatization. The process of transition to a digital economy requires the introduction of digital technologies in education to ensure the interaction of various components of the educational process to achieve dynamism, flexibility and adaptability. The training of future lawyers requires a successful combination of humanitarian and technical knowledge and professional competences from a modern university, the formation of skills for working with modern technical means. In today's globalized world, legal education is designed not only to provide knowledge, to form the skills and abilities of a future specialist, professional, but also to promote the development of a responsible individual before the world and society, as a bearer of humanistic values. Achieving the above will be possible if there is an appropriately organized educational space, which should be based on a systemic approach based on innovative technologies, both in the content of education and its forms. The training of highly qualified and competitive specialists in the modern labor market is determined by the trend of law schools investing in technological solutions.
