Повноцінне відновлення економіки й інфраструктури країни можливе лише після завершення масштабних воєнних дій і звільнення територій. Дискусії та плани розбудови країни, творення сталого майбутнього відновлення України, мають базуватись на пріоритетах шляху до євроінтеграції. Одним із завдань визнається адаптація законодавства України до європейських і світових стандартів впровадження технічного та технологічного переоснащення із застосуванням сучасних технологій (в тому числі модернізації й екологізації сільськогосподарського виробництва).

A full restoration of the country's economy and infrastructure is possible only after the completion of large-scale military operations and the liberation of territories. Discussions and plans for the development of the country, the creation of a sustainable future recovery of Ukraine, should be based on the priorities of the path to European integration. One of the tasks is the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European and world standards for the implementation of technical and technological re-equipment with the use of modern technologies (including modernization and environmentalization of agricultural production).
