Abstract:
Description:
The non-virgin spheres of modern roaming industries are examined, to which the scientific activity of the world, the banking sector, the system of health protection and others lie, in which there are tendencies to an integrated service of the population, like a new phenomenon in the market middle of Ukraine. It is shown that the current management and administration in the non-viral sphere is being developed by three equals: from health care workers, from patients in mercantile mortgages, and from clients in the banking sector; in pedagogical collectives, with medical personnel, financiers and banking services; between ministries, head offices and senior government departments in the regions and capital mortgages, pharmacies and bank branches.
