Застосування широкого спектру інструментів інформаційного впливу уможливлює досягнення значних результатів у сфері інформаційної війни через використання психологічних особливостей людей, їх обмежену готовність до опору комплексним інформаційним операціям, основними засобами яких стали фейкові новини, пропаганда, робота «фабрик тролів», ІПСО тощо.
