Abstract:
Сучасні інформаційні сервіси та ресурси, які зібрані в глобальній мережі Інтернет, можна розглядати як приклад нової системи соціальної комунікації в усьому світовому співтоваристві. Сьогодні створення та розвиток цієї мережі вважається найважливішим винаходом 20 століття, що дозволяє абсолютно по-новому підійти до проблеми глобального обміну, організації, обробки та зберігання великих обсягів інформації з різними даними.
