Abstract:
Creating convenient and accessible conditions for receiving administrative services is one of the main tasks that should be solved by local governments. After all, the main purpose of public administration is the provision of services, and it is by the quality of services that every citizen evaluates the competence and goodwill of the authorities. It is important that many measures to improve the quality of the provision of administrative services can be carried out on the own initiative of local chairmen, local deputies, and other officials of local governments. For the most part, these changes do not require the
adoption of new legislation or special support from the central government. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the regulatory and legal aspects of information support for the provision of administrative services in the field of public administration. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for regulatory and legal aspects of information support for the provision of administrative services in the field of public administration as a communicative culture of a public servant were investigated.

Створення зручних і доступних умов прийому адміністративні послуги є одним із основних завдань, які повинні бути вирішуються органами місцевого самоврядування. Адже головне призначення в державне адміністрування – це надання послуг, і це шляхом якість послуг, яку кожен громадянин оцінює за компетентністю і добра воля влади. Важливо, що багато заходів щодо підвищення якості надання послуг адміністративні послуги можуть здійснюватися за власною ініціативою місцеві голови, місцеві депутати та інші посадові особи місцевих урядів.
Здебільшого ці зміни не вимагають прийняття нового законодавства або спеціальна підтримка з боку центрального уряду. Таким чином, основним завданням дослідження є аналіз
нормативно-правові аспекти інформаційного забезпечення в надання адміністративних послуг у сфері громадськості адміністрування. У результаті дослідження сучасні тенденції та передумови нормативно-правових аспектів інформації супровід надання адміністративних послуг у сфері державне управління як комунікативна культура суспільства слуга були досліджені.
