Abstract:
Автором проаналізовані окремі аспекти формування психологічної експертизи в період воєнного стану. Особливої уваги потребує розслідування злочинів, пов’язаних з військовою агресією, яка має глибоке ідеологічне підгрунтя. Перевищення мінімального рівня жорстокості і особлива жорстокість є достатньо розповсюдженим явищем з боку російських військових з початку вторгнення. У зв’язку з цим необхідне визначення причини явищ на тлі військових подій, яка пов’язані із жорстоким поводженням з цивільними, спричинення на окупованих територіях моральної і фізичної шкоди. Соціально-психологічна експертиза має зв’язок із низкою спеціальних знань, є актуальною на сьогодні і має бути сформована у вигляді методики для подальшого практичного застосування. Соціально-психологічна експертиза має на меті дослідження зв’язків між інформацією і поведінко, між поведінкою осіб всередині групи, між отриманням інформації і обранням моделей поведінки.

The author analyzed certain aspects of the formation of psychological expertise during the period of martial law. The investigation of crimes related to military aggression, which has a deep ideological basis, needs special attention. Exceeding the minimum level of brutality and extreme brutality has been a fairly widespread phenomenon on the part of the Russian military since the beginning of the invasion. In this regard, it is necessary to determine the cause of the phenomena against the background of military events, which are associated with brutal treatment of civilians, causing moral and physical damage in the occupied territories. Socio-psychological examination is related to a number of special knowledge, is relevant today and should be formed in the form of a methodology for further practical application. Socio-psychological examination aims to study the relationship between information and behavior, between the behavior of individuals within a group, between obtaining information and choosing behavior patterns.
