: Розкриті обставини формування, а також чинники розвитку монархічного руху в Сумському повіті в 1906-1914 роках. Установлено коло основних громадських діячів консервативного політичного крила. Указане, що частина сумських монархістів перейшла до Союзу руського народу зі складу Союзі 17 жовтня. Така ситуація була пов’язана як з реальними політичними поглядами, так і суто кон’юнктурним баченням. З’ясована ступінь активності організації в хронологічному порядку: найактивніше сумські монархісти проявили себе під час виборчих перегонів 1907 року під час лекції Державної Думи другого та третього скликання. Указаний соціальний склад сумських союзників – лави партії поповнювали представники різних кіл населення (окрім, робітників), але провідну роль відігравали дворяни та підприємці. Підкреслена доволі невисока підтримка монархістів із боку населення повіту.

The circumstances of its formation, as well as the factors of development of the monarchist movement in Sumy District in 1906–1914, are revealed. The circle of the main public figures of the conservative political wing has been established. It is stated that part of the Sumy monarchists transferred to the Union of the Russian People from the Union on October 17. Such a situation was related to both real political views and a purely conjunctural vision. The degree of activity of the organization is clarified in chronological order: the Sumy monarchists showed themselves most actively during the election races of 1907 during the State Duma elections of the second and third convocations. The specified social composition of the Sumy allies - the ranks of the party were filled by representatives of various circles of the population (except workers), but the leading role was played by nobles and entrepreneurs. The relatively low support of monarchists from the population of the county is emphasized.
