Формування сучасних напрямів регіонального розвитку характеризується трансформаційними процесами, пов’язаними із об’єднаними територіальними громадами (ОТГ). У цьому контексті слід зазначити, що одними із основних ресурсів, які забезпечують ефективність функціонування ОТГ є земля. Поряд з цим, за останні роки виникають проблемні аспекти відносно використання земель, протиріччя в сфері їх нормативно-правового забезпечення, здійснення моніторингових процедур. Більш того, для вирішення представлених проблем важливого значення має застосування геоінформаційних систем, як сучасного інструментарію формування й реалізації моніторингу використання земель об’єднаних територіальних громад. Отже, тема роботи є актуальною і має своєчасний характер.

The formation of modern directions of regional development is characterized by transformational processes associated with the United Territorial Communities (UTCs). In this context, it should be noted that one of the main resources that ensure the effectiveness of the operation of the OTG is land. Along with this, in recent years, problematic aspects regarding the use of land, contradictions in the field of their regulatory and legal support, implementation of monitoring procedures have arisen. Moreover, to solve the presented problems, the application of geoinformation systems is of great importance as a modern tool for the formation and implementation of land use monitoring of united territorial communities. Therefore, the topic of the work is relevant and has a timely character.
