Abstract:
В даній роботі зазначається, що професійний розвиток особистості людини – це складно-еволюційний, динамічний процес залучення до професії, що здійснюється на основі об’єктивних умов життя, в ході якого відбувається якісне вдосконалення її як професійно-діяльнісного індивіда. Також в роботі авторами визначено низку важливих положень: професійний розвиток не може відбуватися у відриві від загального розвитку людини; цей процес включає всі компоненти цілісного розвитку особистості; даний процес має стадії, етапи, періоди, що характеризуються своїми особливостями, наступністю та особистісно-професійними ознаками у межах якісної визначеності; професійно-особистісний розвиток спеціаліста сфери туризму – процес зустрічного руху соціуму та індивіда; зміст професійно-особистісного розвитку – цілісний процес, що включає єдність та боротьбу протиріч, потреб, мотивів, зовнішнього впливу, взаємодії та взаємосприйняття; цей процес характеризується не тільки етапністю, а й залежить від факторів суб’єктивного й об’єктивного характеру.

In this work, it is noted that the professional development of a person's personality is a complex-evolutionary, dynamic process of involvement in a profession, which is carried out on the basis of objective life conditions, during which the qualitative improvement of a person as a professional and active individual takes place. The authors also defined a number of important provisions in the work: professional development cannot take place in isolation from the general development of a person; this process includes all components of holistic personality development; this process has stages, stages, periods, which are characterized by their features, continuity and personal and professional characteristics within the limits of qualitative certainty; professional and personal development of a specialist in the field of tourism - the process of the opposite movement of society and the individual; the content of professional and personal development is a holistic process that includes unity and the struggle of contradictions, needs, motives, external influence, interaction and mutual perception; this process is characterized not only by stages, but also depends on factors of a subjective and objective nature.
