dc.description	The qualification work investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the resource potential of a commercial enterprise: the essence and role of resource potential in ensuring the functioning of enterprises are defined; the components of the resource potential of enterprises are considered; the peculiarities of managing the resource potential of an enterprise are clarified. The article analyses management of the resource potential of Novotek Company LLC. In the course of the analysis, the organisational and economic aspects of the commercial enterprise have been studied. The main economic indicators are analysed in dynamics. The level of use of labour resources, fixed and current assets is analysed. The financial aspects of the commercial enterprise are studied. The practical aspects of organising management of the resource potential of a commercial enterprise on the basis of a systematic approach and taking into account the levels of management and components of the resource potential are clarified. An assessment of the resource potential of commercial enterprise has been carried out. The factors of management of the resource potential of enterprise are identified and evaluated. The effectiveness of managing the resource potential of a commercial enterprise by types of resources is evaluated. Directions for improving the management of the resource potential of a commercial enterprise have been identified. Proposals on application of a strategic approach to management of the strategic potential of commercial enterprise have been provided. A set of strategic tasks has been defined based on the results of the SWOT-analysis. A model of strategy for managing the resource potential of a commercial enterprise has been proposed. A set of measures to improve the level of entrepreneurial potential of commercial enterprise has been determined. Proposals on introduction of a motivational mechanism as a factor of improvement of management of the resource potential of commercial enterprise are presented. The professional motives are defined and their role in motivating employees is evaluated. A system of KPI for evaluating staff performance in the system of motivational mechanism has been proposed. The calculation of the variable part of the employee's salary (motivational card of the production site master) is proposed for practical use.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи управління ресурсним потенціалом комерційного підприємства: визначено сутність та роль ресурсного потенціалу у забезпеченні функціонування підприємств; розглянуто складові ресурсного потенціалу підприємств; з’ясовано особливості управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства. Проведений аналіз управління ресурсним потенціалом ТОВ «Компанія «Новотек». У процесі аналізу досліджено організаційні та економічні аспекти діяльності комерційного підприємства. Проаналізовано в динаміці основні економічні показники. Проаналізовано рівень використання трудових ресурсів, основних та оборотних активів. Досліджено фінансові аспекти діяльності комерційного підприємства. З’ясовано практичні аспекти організації управління ресурсним потенціалом комерційного підприємства на основі системного підходу та з урахуванням рівнів управління і складових ресурсного потенціалу. Проведено оцінку ресурсного потенціалу комерційного підприємства. Визначено та проведено оцінку чинників управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства. Проведено оцінку результативності управління ресурсним потенціалом комерційного підприємства за видами ресурсів. Визначено напрями удосконалення управління ресурсним потенціалом комерційного підприємства. Наведені пропозиції по застосуванню стратегічного підходу до управління стратегічним потенціалом комерційного підприємства. Визначено комплекс стратегічних завдань за результатами проведеного SWOT-аналізу. Запропоновано модель стратегії управління ресурсним потенціалом комерційного підприємства. Визначено комплекс заходів для підвищення рівня підприємницького потенціалу комерційного підприємства. Наведено пропозиції щодо запровадження мотиваційного механізму як чинника удосконалення управляння ресурсним потенціалом комерційного підприємства. Визначено професійні мотиви і оцінено їх роль в мотивації працівників. Запропоновано систему KPI для оцінки роботи персоналу в системі мотиваційного механізму. Запропоновано до практичного використання розрахунок змінної частини заробітної плати працівника (мотиваційна картка майстра виробничої дільниці).	uk_UA
