Abstract:
Об’єктом дослідження є будівлі. Предметом дослідження є особливості архітектурно-планувальної, містобудівної та композиційної організації будівель. Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список літератури. В кваліфікаційній роботі у першому розділі АНАЛІЗ ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РОЗВИТКУ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ ЗОН В УКРАЇНІ У цьому розділі досліджується історія та сучасні аспекти готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, зокрема інтер'єру, архітектури готелів, управління персоналом, планування простору та використання технологій. Аналізується досвід як з-за кордону, так і вітчизняний. У другому розділі АРХІТЕКТУРНА КОНЦЕПЦІЯ СУЧАСНИХ РЕКРЕАЦІЙНИХ ОБ’ЄКТІВ. У цьому розділі розглядається класифікація готельно-ресторанних комплексів, вимоги до їх розробки та планування, об’ємно- планувальні рішення готелів і нормативні вимоги для проектування. В третьому розділі ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АРХІТЕКТУРНО-ПЛАНУВАЛЬНОЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ ГОТЕЛІВ НА ПРИКЛАДІ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ КАРПАТ архітектурно-планувальні аспекти готельно-ресторанного комплексу в с. Зелена, включаючи принципи проектування, функціональні зв'язки приміщень, вплив архітектури на функціональність, розміщення на земельній ділянці, стиль та конструктивне вирішення.

The qualification work is devoted to the study of the Peculiarities of the
architectural and planning organization of tourist hotels on the example of the
Ukrainian Carpathians. The object of research is buildings. The subject of the
research is the peculiarities of architectural and planning, urban planning and
compositional organization of buildings. Structure of the work: introduction,
three chapters, conclusion and list of references. In the qualification work in the
first section, ANALYSIS OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF
TOURIST ZONES IN UKRAINE. This section examines the history and
modern aspects of the hotel and restaurant business, including interior design,
hotel architecture, personnel management, space planning, and the use of
technology. Both foreign and domestic experience is analyzed. In the
second chapter, ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT OF MODERN RECREATION
FACILITIES. This section considers the classification of hotel-restaurant
complexes, requirements for their development and planning, volume-planning
decisions of hotels and regulatory requirements for design. In
the third chapter, the peculiarities of the architectural and planning organization
of tourist hotels on the example of the Ukrainian Carpathians, the architectural
and planning aspects of the hotel and restaurant complex in the village of
Green, including design principles, functional relationships of premises, the
influence of architecture on functionality, placement on a plot of land, style
and constructive solution.
