Abstract:
Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список літератури.
В кваліфікаційній роботі у першому розділі «Аналіз формування та
розвитку багатофункціональних житлових комплексів» досліджуються
соціально-історичні аспекти та сучасний стан проблеми, закордонний та
вітчизняний досвід проектування та будівництва, сучасний стан
багатофункціональних житлових комплексів в Україні. У другому розділі
«Фактори що впливають на формування інфраструктури
(багатофункціональних житлових комплексів) було вивчено вплив
історико-культурних та містобудівних, соціально-економічних та
інженерно-технічних факторів на архітектурні рішення, та класифікацію
будівель. В третьому розділі «Основні принципи функціонально планувальної організації багатофункціональних житлових комплексів»
було визначено містобудівні, архітектурно-планувальні та композиційні
прийоми будівель, містобудівне, функціональне та конструктивне
вирішення будівлі в м. Суми.
Description:
The qualification work is devoted to the study of architectural and
planning features of buildings on the example of the city of Sumy.
The object of research is buildings. The subject of the research is the
peculiarities of architectural and planning, urban planning and compositional
organization of buildings.
Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of
references.
In the qualification work in the first chapter "Analysis of the formation and
development of multifunctional residential complexes» socio-historical aspects
and the current state of the problem, foreign and domestic design and
construction experience, the current state of multi-functional housing
complexes in Ukraine are investigated. In the second chapter "Factors
influencing the formation of infrastructure
(multifunctional residential complexes)the influence of historical-cultural and
urban-planning, socio-economic and engineering-technical factors on
architectural solutions and classification of buildings was studied. In the third
chapter "Basic principles of functional and planning organization of
multifunctional residential complexes» urban planning, architectural planning
and composition techniques of buildings, urban planning, functional and
constructive solution of the building in the city of Sumy were determined.
