Короткий опис(реферат):
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню архітектурно планувальних особливостей будівель готелів на прикладі міста Чернігів.
Об’єктом дослідження є будівлі готелів. Предметом дослідження є
особливості архітектурно-планувальної, містобудівної та композиційної
організації будівель готелів.
Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список літератури.
В кваліфікаційній роботі у першому розділі «Аналіз сучасного стану
будівель готелів» досліджуються соціально-історичні аспекти та сучасний
стан проблеми готелів, закордонний та вітчизняний досвід проектування та
будівництва готелів, сучасний стан готелів в Україні. У другому розділі
«Фактори, що визначають архітектурно-планувальну структуру будівель
готелів» було вивчено вплив природньо-кліматичних та містобудівних,
соціально-економічних та інженерно-технічних факторів на архітектурні
рішення, та класифікацію будівель готелів. В третьому розділі «Прийоми та
особливості архітектурно-планувальної організації будівель готелів» було
визначено містобудівні, архітектурно-планувальні та композиційні прийоми
будівель готелів, містобудівне, функціональне та конструктивне вирішення
готелю в місті Чернігів.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
The qualification work is devoted to the study of architectural and
planning features of hotel buildings on the example of the city of Chernihiv.
The object of research is hotel buildings. The subject of the study is the
peculiarities of architectural and planning, urban planning and compositional
organization of hotel buildings.
Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of
used literature.
In the qualifying work, in the first chapter "Analysis of the current state of
hotel construction", socio-historical aspects and the current state of the hotel
problem are considered, foreign and domestic experience of designing and
building hotels, the current state of hotels in Ukraine are investigated. In the
second chapter "Factors determining the architectural and planning structure of
hotel buildings" the impact of natural-climatic and urban planning, socio economic and engineering-technical factors on architectural decisions and
classification of hotel buildings is investigated. In the third chapter, "Techniques
and peculiarities of the architectural and planning organization of hotel
buildings", urban planning, architectural, planning and compositional
techniques of hotel buildings, urban planning, functional and constructive
solution of the hotel in Chernihiv are defined.
