використаної літератури.
У першому розділі "Передумови формування архітектурно-планової
організації сучасних офісних центрів" вивчено історію формування та
тенденції розвитку офісних центрів. Проведено аналіз архітектурно планувальних структур цих об'єктів, а також здійснено порівняльний аналіз
практики будівництва офісних центрів за кордоном і в Україні.
У другому розділі "Функціонально-типологічні особливості офісних
центрів" проведено аналіз класифікації офісних будівель та з’ясовано
критерії, які регулюють формування інфраструктури офісних будівель.
У третьому розділі "Архітектурно-планувальні особливості та
прийоми дозволу забудови офісних центрів" визначені особливості та
прийоми містобудівної організації офісних центрів, а також визначені
прийоми архітектурно-планової організації цих об'єктів. В рамках
дослідження розроблено проект архітектурно-планувального вирішення
офісної будівлі у м. Суми.
Проведене дослідження призвело до отримання практичних
рекомендацій щодо проектування офісного центру у м. Суми. Ці
рекомендації викладено та враховано в реалізованих проектних
пропозиціях, що є конкретним втіленням отриманих результатів.

In the first chapter "Prerequisites for the formation of the architectural and
planning organization of modern office centers" the history of the formation and
development trends of office centers is studied. An analysis of the architectural
and planning structures of these objects was carried out, as well as a
comparative analysis of the practice of building office centers abroad and in
Ukraine.
In the second section, "Functional and typological features of office
centers", an analysis of the classification of office buildings was carried out and
the criteria that regulate the formation of the infrastructure of office buildings
were clarified.
In the third chapter "Architectural and planning features and methods of
building permission for office centers" features and methods of urban planning
organization of office centers are defined, as well as methods of architectural
and planning organization of these objects are defined. As part of the study, a
project of an architectural and planning solution for an office building in the city
of Sumy was developed.
The conducted research led to the receipt of practical recommendations
for the design of an office center in the city of Sumy. These recommendations
are outlined and taken into account in the implemented project proposals, which
are a concrete embodiment of the obtained results.
