Abstract:
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню архітектурно планувальних особливостей багатофункціональних житлових комплексів
на прикладі міста Суми.
Об’єктом дослідження є конкретні приклади вітчизняних і світових
архітектурних об′єктів БФЖК. Предметом дослідження є архітектурно планувальні тенденції організації багатофункціональних житлових
комплексів на основі світового досвіду проектування.
Структура роботи: вступ, три розділи, висновок та список літератури.
В кваліфікаційній роботі у першому розділі «Аналіз формування та
розвитку БФЖК» досліджуються соціально-історичні аспекти та сучасний
стан проблеми, закордонний та вітчизняний досвід проектування та
будівництва, сучасний стан проектування БФЖК в Україні. У другому
розділі «Фактори та вимоги, що впливають на проектування БФЖК» було
вивчено вплив природньо-кліматичних та містобудівних, соціально економічних та інженерно-технічних факторів на архітектурні рішення, та
класифікацію будівель. В третьому розділі «Архітектурно-планувальні
особливості та прийоми вирішення БФЖК» було визначено містобудівні,
архітектурно-планувальні та композиційні прийоми будівель, містобудівне,
функціональне та конструктивне вирішення будівлі в м. Суми.
Description:
The qualification work is dedicated to the study of architectural and
planning features of multifunctional residential complexes on the example of the
city of Sumy.
The object of the study is specific examples of domestic and international
architectural objects of the BFZhK. The subject of the study is architectural and
planning trends in the organization of multifunctional residential complexes
based on global design experience.
Structure of the work: introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of
references.
In the qualification paper, in the first chapter "Analysis of the formation
and development of BFJK", socio-historical aspects and the current state of the
problem, foreign and domestic design and construction experience, and the
current state of BFJK design in Ukraine are investigated. In the second chapter
"Factors and requirements affecting the design of BFZHK" the influence of
natural-climatic and urban planning, socio-economic and engineering-technical
factors on architectural solutions and classification of buildings was studied. In
the third section, "Architectural-planning features and methods of solving
BFZHK", urban planning, architectural-planning and compositional methods of
buildings, urban planning, functional and constructive solution of the building in
the city of Sumy were determined.
