У роботі зазначено, що спа-індустрія в Україні постійно розвивається і стає важливим сегментом галузі туризму й відпочинку. В цьому контексті, комплекс Sofa Club (м. Суми) є однією з провідних спа-установ регіону, що пропонує широкий спектр послуг для клієнтів. У роботі також зазначено, що для досягнення успіху та забезпечення сталого росту, Sofa Club і іншим спа-закладам в Україні необхідно розглянути стратегії розвитку, прогнози щодо майбутнього галузі та можливості для покращення якості послуг.
