У роботі зазначено, що клієнти готелів стають все вибагливішими щодо комфорту, якості обслуговування та додаткових послуг; готелі повинні адаптуватися до цих змін, щоб задовольнити потреби клієнтів. Також у роботі зазначено, що зростання туризму створює сприятливу ситуацію для розвитку готельного бізнесу, а також може сприяти розвитку інфраструктури та розширенню туристичного сектора загалом, тому в багатьох країнах готельний бізнес відіграє важливу роль у розвитку туризму та економіки.
