Abstract:
4 лютого 2022 року – чорна дата в вітчизняному календарі. Віроломна
війна Росії проти України кардинально змінили усю систему суспільних
відносин. У той час як збройні сили України, увесь Український Народ упродовж
вже двох місяців героїчно захищають Батьківщину на передньому фланзі
боротьби з російським агресором, перед представниками державних органів
влади, органів місцевого самоврядування, бізнесу, наукових, громадських
організацій та інших стейкхолдерів, постають важливі виклики і завдання
забезпечити адаптацію та якомога ефективне функціонування соціальної,
економічної, політичної та гуманітарної сфер життєдіяльності українського
суспільства в умовах війни, та визначити стратегічні пріоритети їх розвитку у
повоєнний період.
