Abstract:
У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретико-методичні основи менеджменту аграрного підприємства.
Проведено оцінку функціонування системи менеджменту ТОВ «За мир»: розглянуто організаційно-економічні аспекти діяльності підприємства; проаналізовано та здійснено оцінку діяльності керуючої підсистеми менеджменту підприємства; проведено аналіз та оцінку результативності функціонування керованої підсистеми менеджменту ТОВ «За мир».
Наведено рекомендації по удосконаленню системи менеджменту ТОВ «За мир», які передбачають впровадження у практичну діяльність менеджменту підприємства програмного комплексу як інструменту автоматизації бізнесових процесів підприємства та інформаційного забезпечення прийняття управлінських рішень.

The qualification work investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of management of an agricultural enterprise.
An assessment of the functioning of the management system of LLC «Za myr» is carried out: the organizational and economic aspects of the enterprise are considered; the activity of the management subsystem of the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated; the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the functioning of the managed subsystem of management of LLC «Za myr» is carried out.
Recommendations on improvement of the management system of LLC «Za myr» have been provided, which envisage introduction of a software package into the practical activity of the enterprise management as a tool for automation of business processes of the enterprise and information support for management decision-making.
