Abstract:
Досліджені проблемні питання ведення аграрного бізнесу Сумської області в умовах воєнного стану та обґрунтовані напрями державного впливу на їх вирішення. Визначено, що воєнний стан створює додаткові економічні виклики, такі як порушення логістичних ланцюгів, дефіцит робочої сили, підвищення витрат на безпеку, зниження інвестиційної привабливості тощо. Дослідження напрямів державного впливу на вирішення проблем аграрного бізнесу на рівні регіонів, дозволить сформувати рекомендації для уряду щодо покращення ефективності таких програм підтримки.

The problematic issues of conducting agrarian business in the Sumy region under the conditions of martial law and justified directions of state influence on their solution are investigated. It has been determined that martial law creates additional economic challenges, such as disruption of logistics chains, labor shortages, increased security costs, reduced investment attractiveness, etc. Studying the directions of state influence on solving the problems of agrarian business at the regional level will make it possible to formulate recommendations for the government to improve the effectiveness of such support programs.
