The paper proves the complexity of the problem of choosing the country's development priorities and its specialization, which is observed in many works of Ukrainian scientists and researchers from other countries. With the help of the developed model, it is possible to determine the factors affecting the growth of Ukraine's GDP and forecast the growth of the country's economy. It is found that the transition to a smart economy and the use of the latest innovative smart technologies havethe greatest impact on national economic growth. The proposed model for forecasting and evaluating the national socio-economic, investment, and innovation policy can provide the main directions for resource allocation and budgeting.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
У статті доведено складність проблеми вибору пріоритетів розвитку країни та її спеціалізації, що спостерігається в багатьох роботах українських вчених та дослідників з інших країн. За допомогою розробленої моделі можна визначити фактори, що впливають на зростання ВВП України, та спрогнозувати зростання економіки країни. Виявлено, що найбільший вплив на економічне зростання країни має перехід до смарт-економіки та використання новітніх інноваційних смарт-технологій. Запропонована модель прогнозування та оцінки національної соціально-економічної, інвестиційної та інноваційної політики може забезпечити основні напрями розподілу ресурсів та бюджетування.
