У статті розкрито поняття «самоосвітня компетентність»
сучасного аграрія та продемонстрована роль мотиваційного компонента. Також вказані елементи, що визначають мотиваційний компонент: внутрішня та зовнішня мотивації, цілепокладання, самоорганізація, усвідомлення необхідності безперервної освіти.
