В статті в хронологічному порядку розглянуто становлення і розвиток ринкових земельних відносин, які утворювалися в Англії. Виділені окремі історичні аспекти земельних реформ в Англії, а також розглянуто визначення права власності на землю. Торкнуто питання житлової кризи пов'язаної з нехваткою земельного ресурсу.

The article examines the formation and development of market land relations that were formed in England in chronological order. Separate historical aspects of land reforms in England are highlighted, as well as the definition of land ownership is considered. The issue of the housing crisis related to the lack of land resources was touched upon.
