В статті узагальнено питання фінансової автономії в удосконаленні товарної політики інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства за безпекового управління змінами в кризових умовах господарювання, розвитку фінансової діяльності та публічного управління. З’ясовано, що фінансова автономія в удосконаленні товарної політики інноваційно орієнтованого підприємства має передбачати певний напрямок дій і сукупність заходів, завдяки яким забезпечується наступність стратегічних і оперативних рішень у сфері розробки товарного асортименту. Доведено, що брак такої концепції у умовах безпекового управління змінами у кризових умовах господарювання, розвитку фінансової діяльності і публічного управління може призвести до того, що рішення стосовно структури асортименту прийматимуться лише під тиском зовнішніх обставин.

The article summarizes the issue of financial autonomy in the improvement of the product policy of an innovatively oriented enterprise for the safe management of changes in crisis economic conditions, the development of financial activity and public administration. It was found that financial autonomy in the improvement of the product policy of an innovatively oriented enterprise should provide for a certain course of action and a set of measures, thanks to which the continuity of strategic and operational decisions in the field of product range development is ensured. It has been proven that the lack of such a concept in the conditions of safe management of changes in crisis economic conditions, development of financial activity and public management can lead to the fact that decisions regarding the structure of the assortment will be made only under the pressure of external circumstances.
