Доведено, що в умовах забезпечення трансформаційних процесів постають питання формування і використання земель та підвищення ефективності їх використання на місцевому рівні. Крім того, представлені процеси поглиблюються завдяки реформі місцевого самоврядування, яка забезпечує ефективність та взаємодію зацікавлених сторін.

It has been proven that in the conditions of ensuring transformational processes, the questions of formation and use of land and increasing the efficiency of their use at the local level arise. In addition, the presented processes are deepened by the reform of local self-government, which ensures efficiency and interaction of stakeholders.
