Improving the effectiveness of existing management methods of the enterprise

Abstract

The qualification work examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise management in modern economic conditions, which is characterized by the need for effective use of all available resources, which makes it possible to achieve progressive development and improve its efficiency indicators. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the enterprise management system is an important element of the development of management decisions, which allows to determine the level of progressivity of the current management or measures being developed at the enterprise. It is carried out to create a modern management system or to improve the existing one, which would ensure high competitiveness of the enterprise on the domestic and foreign markets. Practices at China Eastern Airlines Group Limited. The research is structured around theoretical analysis, empirical evaluation, and a model for improving administrative methods. The theoretical section discusses key management principles such as strategic, tactical, and operational management, along with tools like SWOT analysis, ERP systems, and lean manufacturing. The study highlights the importance of effective decision-making, communication, and technology integration for organizational success. In the empirical analysis, the research examines inefficiencies at China Eastern Airlines, particularly in communication and technology use, and suggests improvements like real-time scheduling systems and employee development programs. The study also emphasizes the need for environmental sustainability, recommending the adoption of fuel-efficient aircraft and green technologies. The proposed Integrated Management Enhancement Model (IMEM) focuses on improving strategic planning, communication, technology, and sustainability through measurable actions. The paper concludes by advocating for government support in the form of subsidies and regulatory harmonization to boost the airline's global competitiveness. In modern conditions for determination of the level of capitalization of the enterprise in within the limits of the evaluation of its management is expedient use VBM-management with the definition of a modified EVA indicator, which allows taking into account the influence of environmental factors.
