Public Property Management in the context of environmental protection - a case study of water resources management in county-level cities in China

Abstract

The qualification work includes theoretical and methodological aspects of public property management in the context of environmental protection (using the example of water resources management), contains an analysis of the current state of water resources management in the city of Lunkow. The paper substantiates the directions for improving the management of water resources in the city of Lunkou. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three main sections and conclusions. The completeness and relevance of the research is indicated by the fact that a significant number of relevant sources of information have been processed, which include not only regulatory and legal documents, but also the latest scientific research by specialists and scientists in the field of administrative management. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, formulates its purpose and tasks, defines the object, subject and methods of the research, reveals the scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the research, provides information on the approval of the results and the structure of the work. In the first chapter - "Theoretical and methodological aspects of public property management in the context of environmental protection (using the example of water resources management)" - the essence of state property management in the context of environmental protection (water resources) is determined. The role of local government policies in promoting sustainable water management practices is analyzed, highlighting how regulation and incentives can influence the behavior of various stakeholders. The impact of public participation in water management is also a key area of research. In the second chapter - "Current Analysis of Water Resources Management in Lunkow City", which consists of two subsections, an in-depth analysis of the current situation with water resources in Lunkow City was carried out, as well as the difficulties and challenges of water resources management in the city were identified. The research is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of technological innovations in the field of water resources management, such as intelligent water monitoring systems, to increase the efficiency of resource use and reduce the impact on the environment. In the third chapter - "Justification of directions for improving the water resources management of the city of Lunkou", which consists of three subdivisions, several directions are substantiated, including: improvement of planning of water resources management; strengthening control over the handling of surface sources of drinking water supply; coordination of maintenance and construction of water management facilities; training of water management personnel and others. The results of the research are summarized in the conclusions.
