Abstract:
Аналізом встановлено, що механічне забезпечення дотримання норми висіву просапних культур забезпечує 138 деталей. По-перше, всі ці діталі потребують обслуговування, ремонту та періодічної заміни. Це витрати часу та великі затрати часу. По-друге, даний механізм забезпечує висів тільки за умови прямолінійного руху. Завдяки незмінній нормі висіву відхилення склало лише ± 1% від заданого значення густоти висіву. Коли ж компенсацію під час поворотів було вимкнено, густота висіву у внутрішньому ряду кривої (ряд 1) становила 182780 насінин/га, тобто 208% порівняно із заданою нормою. У зовнішньому ряду (ряд 16) висів відбувався зі щільністю 59280 насінини/га, тобто на 33% менше від встановленої норми. За результатами проведених досліджень встановлено, що коли компенсацію відхилень від заданої норми висіву на поворотах було увімкнено, врожайність в різних рядах відрізнялась лише в межах 0,23т/га. І навпаки, коли систему компенсації було вимкнено, втрати врожайності у внутрішньому рядку склали 4,29 т/га через загущення, а в зовнішньому – 1,64 т/га через недосів.

The analysis established that 138 parts provide mechanical support for compliance with the norm of sowing row crops. Firstly, all these parts require maintenance, repair and periodic replacement. It's a waste of time and a big waste of time. Secondly, this mechanism provides sowing only under the condition of rectilinear movement. Due to the constant seeding rate, the deviation was only ± 1% of the set value of the seeding density. When the compensation under the rotation time was turned off, the sowing density in the inner row of the curve (row 1) was 182,780 seeds/ha, i.e. 208% compared to the specified norm. In the outer row (row 16), sowing took place with a density of 59,280 seeds/ha, that is, 33% less than the established norm. According to the results of the conducted research, it was established that when the compensation of deviations from the specified seeding rate on turns was turned on, the yield in different rows differed only within 0.23 t/ha. Conversely, when the compensation system was turned off, yield losses in the inner row amounted to 4.29 t/ha due to thickening, and in the outer row - 1.64 t/ha due to underseeding.
